By accessing or using the services of Plane Estimates LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Plane Estimates LLC provides professional construction cost estimating, material takeoff, and bid management services. All services are paid and delivered digitally. We do not provide free estimates.
Payment is required prior to or upon delivery of estimates, as agreed upon in your service quote. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Our estimates are prepared based on the plans, specifications, and information you provide. While we strive for the highest level of accuracy, actual construction costs may vary due to market fluctuations, site conditions, contractor pricing, and other factors beyond our control. Our estimates are not guarantees of final construction cost.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete project plans and specifications. You agree to:
All estimates, reports, and deliverables produced by Plane Estimates LLC are the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the estimate for your specific project only.
One round of revisions is included with each estimate, provided the scope has not materially changed. Additional revisions or scope changes may be subject to additional fees.
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from receipt of complete project documents. Rush delivery may be available at an additional fee. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete submissions or circumstances outside our control.
We treat all client project information as confidential. We will not share your plans, project details, or business information with third parties without your consent.
Plane Estimates LLC’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our estimates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
